So just like that, my uber cool one month comes to an end. What an awesome time it’s been. Can’t thank AC, PD, AB, PM, PC, MC and MK enough for such a wonderful time here.
This week’s highlights include taking the kids to Jungle book, Jack Daniel’s distillery tour and using a handgun at Nashville Armory.
Have new found respect and liking for JD after that tour. What an experience. It was also the 15oth anniversary of the legendary whiskey. We took a quick one hour tour of the distillery. Anusha had a bad fall while carrying Manzu and had to pull out of the tour mid-way. Little did we realise that she’d broken her right foot at multiple places. Got to know only after coming back and taking her to the ER. She’s gonna be out of action for a few weeks now.
Used Wesson and Smith 0.22 handgun at the armory and felt ridiculously good. First time using something that’s capable of causing some serious damage. The whole place is very intimidating. The shot guns seemed like something I’d like to try out someday.
As usual ate at couple interesting places this week. O’Charley’s and Gojo ethiopian restaurant. Tried baby back ribs and Anjeera respectively.
Music sessions, Tennis, Long drives, movies, a whole lot of JDs in between all of these summed up the last week here. With that, here’a my third video of the trip.
Off to sunny California tomorrow for a 3 week stint there. Can’t wait.
