Watched the Arg vs Dutch game at two different spots. First half at Sam’s Chowder House, where I tried fish and chips. Fish was bland. The mallu that I am, I like my fish with a lot of masala. And boy, the quantity of fries! The obestity issue in this country can be tackled if they serve lesser fries. Pretty much everywhere its double the quantity that we get in our place. Next time at McD’s if they ask me “would you like some fries with that?”, I might run in the opposite direction. Watched the second half at Slider Bar. Really liked their watermelon wheat beer the other night, wanted to have that again. But, the match was such a disappointment, both in terms of the intesity and the result. Bleah!
Went to Hooters in the evening. Yes yes, it was awesome. Finally some good music apart from, of course, the good looking ladies serving you. Might take the next couple of days easy before another epic weekend coming up.
